Take-Two Interactive will report its next quarterly results on Monday, November 9, 2026, after the market closes. The company confirmed the date in a Business Wire notice on October 13, and a conference call follows at 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time.
That makes it the last scheduled earnings call before Grand Theft Auto VI launches on November 19. It lands ten days before release and three days before preloading opens on November 12, so it is the most obvious remaining moment for Take-Two's leadership to speak on the record about the game.
The Details
From Take-Two's notice:
- What: results for the second quarter of fiscal year 2027, which ended September 30, 2026.
- When: after the market close on Monday, November 9.
- Call: 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time.
- How to listen: a live, listen-only webcast and a replay will be available on Take-Two's investor relations site.
What Take-Two Has Already Said
The company's last results came on August 7, and they set the baseline for this call.
For the quarter being reported, Take-Two guided to Net Bookings of $1.62 billion to $1.67 billion. For the full fiscal year, which contains GTA 6's launch, it reiterated Net Bookings of $8.0 billion to $8.2 billion. Its August release lists GTA 6 for November 19 on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S, and CEO Strauss Zelnick cited that launch date directly.
Zelnick also called GTA 6 pre-orders "unprecedented and astonishing" in August, and said the mix was "skewing more to the premium edition". He added a caution: that "might be a reflection of the fact that the most avid consumers are the ones that are pre-ordering now." Take-Two gave no pre-order count and no percentage split.
One figure from that report is still widely misread. The $1.39 billion in Net Bookings for the first quarter covered all of Take-Two's games, and pre-orders had only been open for the final five days of that period. It was never a GTA 6 pre-order number.
What to Watch on the Call
These are the questions the call could answer, not things Take-Two has promised to address:
- The date. Any repeat of November 19 this close to launch would be routine, but it would be the company's most recent statement on the record.
- The full-year outlook. Whether the $8.0 billion to $8.2 billion range moves is the clearest signal available of how Take-Two reads demand.
- Pre-orders. Don't expect a count. Take-Two has so far avoided publishing one, so any comment is more likely to be descriptive than numerical. The third-party estimates in circulation, such as Sensor Tower's, are not company figures.
- What comes after launch. Rockstar and Take-Two have not announced a PC version or given details on online plans. Analysts are likely to ask, but a question being asked doesn't mean it gets answered.
How We'll Cover It
Take-Two's release and call are primary sources, so whatever the company says on November 9 goes straight into our confirmed column. Analyst estimates published around the call stay in the reported column, however confident they sound.
We'll report the actual numbers and any direct quotes on GTA 6 once they're out. After that, the next dates on the calendar are the preload on November 12 and launch on November 19.
